Home Cabernet Franc 2021

From the top corner of our Home Vineyard.   Complex and alluring aromas of blackcurrant, violets, fresh sandalwood, and vanilla pod. Supple fruits are followed by mouth filling tannin that bring on earth and autumnal leaves and a saline salty finish.

Bottled without sulphur or any inputs, fining or filtering.  Decant before serving.  Drink now to 2028.
