Our three organic vineyards, together as one.  Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, picked across our three vineyards over a 14 day period and progressively fermented to become one.

Deep red hue. Vibrant and bright aroma of strawberry, cranberry, rose hip, cardamom and petrichor.  Bright on the pallet, mineral and long with tamarillo, wild berry, and liquorice flavours. This is an unfiltered wine with small amounts of sediment.  Drink now to 2026.
