Aromas of nashi pear, almonds, hints of jasmine, bush honey, with background sea salt and caramel. The palate is rich with a concentrated core of apple, pear, walnut and honey. Salivating bright acidity persists and refreshes which is typical of this unique basalt rich hillside vineyard.
