French Farm Pinot Gris Skins 2018

Grown on a beautiful hillside overlooking Akaroa Harbour on basalt soils formed by an extinct volcano.  Salty and textural. Delicious chilled in your hamper, ready for food.  We have made the most of this fruit’s thick skins and flavour by leaving the wine on skins in an old barrel for 7 months before pressing.  Unfined and unfiltered.
