Cabernet Franc from the top corner of our Home Vineyard.  Pure, forest fruits, black current, underlying earth with autumnal vine leaves and pruning’s. Dense, vibrant and succulent from it’s home of clay, with a lovely thread and bright crunch.  Eighty percent of the fruit was fermented and aged in amphora, the remainder aged in neutral barrel.  Bottled without sulphur or any inputs, fining or filtering.    Decant before serving.  Drink now to 2026
