Our first Sauvignon Blanc ever made, from a parcel of fruit we sourced from our neighbours, to fill up an empty amphora in the low yielding 2022 season.  Fresh, delicate aromas of blackcurrant leaf, passionfruit, preserved lemon and kawakawa. Dense and textual in the mouth with a delicate line of salivating acidity. Rare and unique. Unfined and unfiltered, use your decanter.
