Black Estate is a proudly New Zealand owned business. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
Credit card payments are processed securely via DPS, we accept Visa and Mastercard. The name that will appear on your statement is Black Estate Wines.
All orders over $150 are freight free in New Zealand. In all other cases, international shipping rates will be indicated in the cart. Any small non-wine items can only be shipped overseas if included with wine. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Canada, Norway or China.
Orders for any item in Christchurch can be delivered on the same day if ordered by 9am. Shipping to the North Island takes 2-3 days. Shipping to the South Island takes 1-2 days. We can confirm the time period for any international order if you email us the query at [email protected]. Thank you.
Wine will be couriered to you in New Zealand on the next business day following payment. Please expect up to 4 days for your wine to arrive after the date of the transaction

No refunds will be provided after wine is shipped. If wine is couriered and damaged in some way, or lost we will organise replacement stock for you.
