Our three organic vineyards, together as one, in a magnum!!  Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, picked across our three vineyards, pressed and progressively fermented to become one.

Pale pink hue with slight haze, unfiltered.  Vibrant and bright aroma of strawberry, jasmine, cardamom and petrichor.  The pallet is uplifting, saline and long with flavours of wild raspberry, rhubarb and apricots.
