Bright, invigorating and beautiful.

Our three biodynamic vineyards together as one.  Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc,  pressed and progressively fermented to be one.  This year the co-fermet has a bit more Riesling and Chenin Blanc so it is paler in colour, smells of rhubarb and apricots on the tree.  Great salivating length for the sun.
