Bright, invigorating and beautiful.

Three biodynamic vineyards together as one.  Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc,  pressed and progressively fermented. This year the co-fermet has a bit more Riesling and Chenin Blanc so it is paler in colour, smells of rhubarb and apricots on the tree, salivating length.
