For this year’s Wildlife, we looked at making a lower alcohol wine, naturally in the vineyard. Here it is, enjoy chilled.

Light red ruby hue. Smells like redcurrant, graphite, hints of liquorice and nutmeg. The palate is delicate, with exhilarating freshness and length. Made with fruit from the top block at Home, clone 943 (TB943).  9.7% alcohol.
