98% Pinot Noir grapes and a tiny amount of Riesling from two clay hillside blocks at Damsteep, were harvested and fermented with vineyard derived yeast and bottled while fermenting, during last autumn.  Rested on lees through winter, disgorged in spring.  Follow the rhythms.  No additions including no sulphur.
