Gochu is one of our favourite restaurants in Auckland. We love the energy, joy and flavour Jason, Ollie and David and their team bring. They asked if we wanted to make a wine for Gochu and we said heck yes. Knowing their food and wine list, we found the perfect parcel. From select rows of our young vines Pinot Noir block at Home Vineyard, this wine is bright, youthful and innovative. It’s dark, silky and soft and reminds us of ripe, wild raspberries, dark boysenberries, cured coppa and a loved, wooden spice box.
Hand picked organic & biodynamic fruit. Unfined and unfiltered. No additives except minimal sulphur at bottling. Bottled under cork. Get into it.
