Released a week before Christmas. Netherwood Chardonnay and Pinot Noir picked and pressed together, fermented in stainless steel and bottled during the chaos and fun of harvest. Brief but meaningful. Rich, full and deep. This sparkling wine has luscious balance that just holds the line.  30 cases made. All a bit ridiculous. Celebrate.
