Our Wild Life wines are made from small parcels of fruit within our three vineyards. We’re exploring more, – studying the character of small parcels of our land, and different techniques in the cellar.
From a south facing, small hill in our Netherwood Vineyard with a beautiful gentle curve. Sandstone soils. This wine is vibrant, fragrant , earthy and mineral. Hand harvested, whole bunch fermented in amphora and then aged in that same clay vessel. Bottled without sulphur or any inputs except vineyard derived yeast.
Perfumed, earthy and mineral. Vibrant red fruit.
