Made from small parcels of fruit within one of our three vineyards, these wines are about exploring and understanding our land and winemaking further.
Organic fruit, was hand picked from the calcareous clay slope in front of our winery at Netherwood Vineyard. Whole bunch fermented, then aged in amphora and bottled without sulphur or any other inputs except vineyard derived yeast.
Bright red fruits and long flavour length. Pure and juicy with ripe tannin. A fresh look at the excellent North Canterbury 2020 vintage.
